Arielle Kebbel (also Arielle Caroline Kebbel) is a young actress, who was born on February 19, 1985 in Winter Park Florida. She graduated from her high school in Crenshaw, when she was 17 and promptly moved to Los Angeles to start her acting career in 2003.

Before moving to Los Angeles and landing her first TV gig, Arielle joined the Miss Florida Teen USA Pageant in 2002. She may have not won the title, but it is now obvious that fate had bigger plans for her. In 2003, Arielle drove across the country in a car with her mom for two and a half days to reach LA from Florida. The same week, she landed her very first acting job as Lindsay Lister in Gilmore Girls.

The 5’8” actress had no problem playing bit roles even if she was already gaining popularity for her role in the TV series Gilmore Girls. She auditioned and got small parts for big shows like Judging Amy, CSI, CSI: Miami, and Grounded for Life. She also played small roles in a number of movies before getting cast in bigger roles for the movies John Tucker Must Die and Outlaw Trail.

A natural blonde with brown eyes, the actress is not only a looker, but has the brains to go with her pretty face as well. She graduated with a 4.3 average from high school one semester early. Unlike some stars, that go out and party like there’s no tomorrow, Arielle Kebbel remains focused on her flourishing career and has stayed grounded. Arielle’s answers to interviews show a girl who is not only spirited, but also someone, who is levelheaded and ready to take on challenges. There’s really no question that this girl will reach far.

Aside from her Hollywood career, Arielle Kebbel also works with a charitable organization – A Place Called Home (APCH). APCH is a youth center in South Central Los Angeles, that helps individuals aged 9-20, overcome the destruction and desperation of living in poverty and crime stricken areas. The center now serves more than 2,500 youths. Fans are just happy to know that Arielle cares about other important things other than her high-flying career.
